Female
These costumes are very colourful and each is very different.
They consist of:
- necklaces made of coral
- white, linen blouse with or without collar, can be embroidered
- a folk kind of corset, that is embroidered with sewing thread, sequins or painted
- underskirt (halka)
- skirt made of cotton, that has different colours and patterns/prints
- white socks
Accessories:
- big and small shawls
- sheepskin coat and sleeveless coat
- kapce – boots worn in this area of Poland during winter
Male
The male costumes are simpler, then those of women.
They consist of:
- hat decorated with small shells
- white shirt embroidered decently tensed with traditionall pin
- belt
- trousers – made of wool, embroidered with parzenica
- kierpce – traditional folk shoes made of sheep leather
- cucha - traditionall coat
Accessories:
- hepherd’s axe (ciupaga) – thin light axe
- sheepskin coat and sleeveless coat
- kapce – boots worn in this area of Poland during winter
